Admission Requirements & Enrollment Process

On or before your child/rens first day the following forms are required to begin at Creative Kidz Academy. A signed and completed application, feeding schedule (if applicable) a medical exam (signed by a physician) a current shot record, signed and dated, discipline and behavior management form, a signed documentation of receipt of summary of child care laws. After all paperwork is completed and signed by an administrator the date of enrollment will be set.

After the enrollment process is completed Creative Kidz Academy requires at least one day of observation in the classroom by the parent to complete the enrollment process. This observation is required to ensure that both the parent and child are comfortable with the facility. This time period is also used to explain the class structure.

IMPORTANT
Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather Creative Kidz Acadmy will post any delays and closings on our Web site, Creativekidzacademy.com. You can also look for information on WRAL.com. Be advised that there are two listings for Creative Kidz. Our information will be listed by our full name, Creative Kidz Academy. If inclement weather begins in the middle of the day, check our Web site or WRAL for any updated information, we will also try our best to reach every parent by phone.

In the event of inclement weather we will NOT transport school age children. Please make sure you have a back up plan for your child(ren). If it begins to snow prior to departure for school or pick up from school we will not attempt to take our but or van out on the roads. We will attempt to reach parents if this occurs. Please make sure you have other arrangements!!!!
